Origin: Verena (Veronica) Amity Seauton is a 19 year old professional Witch (Female wizard) who lives in the town of Beregost.
Verena grew up the only child of her single mother, Leanne Olesia Lexine Seauton, who was the highest ranked independent Witch in Baldur’s Gate.
Sadly, when Verena was only 13, her mother suddenly died of a cerebral hemorrhage.
Left in the care of her abusive aunt Radix lecti Seauton ,the resourceful Verena convinced her mother’s estate administrator (via a clause in the Arcane Wizard and Witch Traditional Principles Act) to allow her to attempt to live on her own, despite her young age, and to begin a career as a Witch in the town of Beregost,
where she refounded the ‘Ulcaster school of magic’ at the age of 15 with part of her inheritance.

Education: Home schooled by her mother, 8 years at Baldur’s Gate arcane school for the gifted, Autodidaction, 4 yeas internship as an abjurer at Ulcaster school of magic

Personality

Quirks, Traits: Verena is a bright, obsessive, highly creative individual. Although she falls into depressions easily, she is very bouncy when happy.
She has a very broad and strong sense of humor, and delights in jokes and witty discussions.
Verena tries very hard to hide her sadness over the events of her life, and faces the world with an intrepid, ‘never give up’ attitude.
She tends to be shy, but makes friends easily. She is very inventive, and can find a way around most problems.
Though a poor student in general, if obsessed by a problem, she can root out the most obscure details.

She is obsessive and can sometimes be annoying.
She is young and although very smart and talented she sometimes think like a child.

Phobias: She is phobic about heights, and therefore cannot fly her mother’s broom.

Verena was terribly depressed about her mother early and unexplained demise, and though she seldom showed this fact openly,it had interfered with her studies.

Verena’s favorite Food: ‘Ham in plum sauce’ and anything made with plums in general. She also favors sweet desserts. It turns out that she also likes fire whiskery (When disguised as a glass of warm milk)
