Northern Alanasia

Northern Alanasia is the large expanse of land that begins from the fringes of the Deep Desert and stretches beyond the North Ridge. It is sparsely populated (although it is more densely populated than Southern Alanasia) and has several power centers, generally focused in large cities, and they are: Salmonelis, Arantis, Shalis and Pang (known as the human regions), Blackdeath (which remains a power of its own, although it does maintain contact and trade routes with Pang), The Kingdoms of the Ridge (dwarven kingdoms, largely unknown to most humans) and Elvenwood (realm of the elves, completely without contact to the outer world).

Currently, Northern Alanasia maintains little to no contact with southern Alanasia, apart from a few trade routes that commence every spring and end before winter, from Balckdeath to Arantis, one of the City-States of the south.
